[Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Good problem solving, planning and organisation skills [Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use project management methodology to achieve results [Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work outside normal office hours.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence people at all levels. [Desirable]<\/li>\n<li>Procurement management skills. [Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Quality assurance and control management skills [Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Technical competence in at least one core area of discipline [Essential]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> <\/strong>Degree in civil engineering\/architecture\/mechanical\/electrical engineering [Essential]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Masters in project or programme management [Desirable]<\/li>\n<li>Project or program management certificate [Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of construction contracts and contract management.[Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of critical path analysis and recovery of troubled projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record of successful project delivery.<\/li>\n<li>At least ten years experience in project management<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of hotel, commercial, residential estates, educational developments, complex multistory developments [Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Proven customer focus.
