The candidate for this role of technical Sales Engineers is required to translate highly complex technical information to customers and clients, focusing on revealing how BMC product solve specific problems.<\/li>\n<li>The Technical Sales Engineers is required to sell technical products in the Coating sector.<\/li>\n<li>The Technical Engineers is also required to attend exhibitions, meet with clients, and liaise with production engineers. They may also make product improvement recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect for new Clients and maximizing Client potential in designated regions.<\/li>\n<li>Developing long-term relationships with Clients.<\/li>\n<li>Calculating Client quotations and Administering Client accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating tenders with contract terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Providing Pre-Sales Technical assistance and advice.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing Costs and Sales, preparing reports for Management and keeping Customer records.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting regular Sales Targets and coordinating Sales Projects.<\/li>\n<li>Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it suits the customer better than competing products.<\/li>\n<li>Writing reports and liaising with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.<\/li>\n<li>Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competence Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Chemistry, or Applied Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>A solid Technical Sales background with minimum of 5 years.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the field of coatings, construction or flooring.<\/li>\n<li>Sales and Communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills,<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills and team-working capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Solid local and industry market knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sales would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>A professional appearance.<\/li>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: Very Attractive<\/li>\n<li>Bonus: Quarterly Payments of Bonus where KPIs are met and Sales Targets reached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their tailored CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@alfred-victoria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@alfred-victoria.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n27th October, 2022 (3pm).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Any application received after this will be automatically rejected.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alfred &amp;
