We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Quality Management System Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently sourcing for an\u00a0Experienced Quality Management System Coordinator\u00a0to oversee the organizing\u00a0and managing of quality control and assurance procedures for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will provide quality support to several strategic business functions of the total real estate business from the planning phase to project completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations,<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on all activities, processes, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track and trend quality monitoring activities, results, and outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Review records to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all internal ISO audits are completed on time, and effectively<\/li>\n<li>Develop and enhance documentation, tracking tools and process flows for quality monitoring activities to comply with current regulations and standards;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct internal record reviews and audits, including medical records;<\/li>\n<li>Initiate SOP revisions to ensure they are current and validated and support continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Determine data-driven solutions and implement quality improvement plans.<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other managers and staff and provide training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Provide departments with quality planning and support.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the key process owners to set quality benchmarks<\/li>\n<li>Perform review of technical documents such as equipment and process validation, automation, and computer validation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the company&#8217;s organogram is regularly updated<\/li>\n<li>Execute other assignments as directed by the Head of Planning &amp; Control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.
