Her clientele includes the Shell Petroleum and Development Company (\u201cSPDC\u201d)<\/p>\n<p>Briscoe Properties is\u00a0looking for suitable and qualified individuals for the post of a\u00a0<strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Facilities Executive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will supervise all activities crucial to the efficient operations of the company portfolio and prepare all paperwork relevant to this, in fulfilling this function.<\/p>\n<p>It is imperative that there is need to further provide both existing and potential new residents\/clients with an impeccable level of customer service, ensure that the customer receive the best possible through processes established by the company and ensure the growth fo facilities management as a business unit.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to impart knowledge on others.[Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service skills [Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use facilities management methodology to achieve result[ Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work outside normal office hours [Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence people at all levels [desirable]<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with computer software specifically MS Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Marketing experience an asset [Desirable]<\/li>\n<li>Technical competence in at least one core area of discipline [Essential]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree\/HND in any construction industry related course [Essential]<\/li>\n<li>Masters in facilities management [Desirable]<\/li>\n<li>Member of relevant professional body [Desirable]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of property and or\/facility management industry [at least 3 years]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Region Lekki-<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Salary : <\/strong>Attractive<\/p>\n<p>In order to apply, please send your detailed curriculum vitae to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:bpl@briscoeproperties.com\">bpl@briscoeproperties.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Briscoe properties limited, BPL is currently the manager of a number of residential private estates within Ikoyi and Apapa.
