We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title<\/strong><strong>:\u00a0Investment Communication Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Investment Communication Officer works in the corporate investment arm of the organization as a team to make known to corporate bodies some of our products to our clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suggest a variety of marketing and communications strategies that may include direct mail, advertising, web, email, social media, news media, special events, and other methods to sell the company\u2019s Investment<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>products to corporate clients.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in planning marketing and communications strategy by identifying communications needs based on relevant research.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare creative briefs for concept development and creative expression for Investment.<\/li>\n<li>Benchmark marketing efforts and best practices and prepare reports to inform innovation and competitive analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with planning the implementation of event promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Support with budgeting, and marketing expenditures monitor on investment campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners on campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with production of marketing and\/or promotional communications that may include print, electronic, social media, new\/emerging media, in accordance with the approved strategic marketing plan and objectives for Investment.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the sending of newsletters, promotional emails, push notifications, social media plugs on Investment plans, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Edit and proofread publications, including website, advertisements, articles, brochures, feature stories on investment when assigned etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in delivering presentations to internal and external clients.<\/li>\n<li>Attend and represent the Company at special events when delegated.<\/li>\n<li>Provide specific support in the research and analysis of marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing investment proposals and presentations to corporate clients.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the generation of corporate client database for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly report on activities and send to the Investment Communications Lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specification:<\/strong><br \/>\nYou should bring the following qualifications, skills, and behaviours to the role:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Economics or any other.<\/li>\n<li>Good years of marketing experience in micro finance\/ investment companies, real estate, insurance companies etc<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship management, interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet and\/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient use of PowerPoint for client presentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why work with Brit Properties?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A very unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, structured and a real estate Industry<\/li>\n<li>A chance to become part of a high dynamic team growing the real estate space in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>An opportunity for a personal and professional growth in a fast growing sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@britproperty.ng\"><strong>hr@britproperty.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n28th November, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Proximity to Ajah is Compulsory.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brit Property Nigeria Limited is a reputable Real Estate Company Committed to providing landed properties and land banking investments.
