We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for keeping accounting records for branches.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for supervision of all account\u2019s clerks and cashier.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining of ledger accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking the execution of transactions at branches, safeguards of company assets and optimize benefits<\/li>\n<li>Confirm that branch remittances are credited to bank accounts and investigate discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, monitor repayment schedule for all receivables.<\/li>\n<li>Preparations of payment vouchers and maintaining of a subsidiary ledger for purchases\/VAT.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of bank statements.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of branch performance report.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of prepayment schedule (Rents, rates etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND \/ B.Scin Accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years work experience in relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the use of accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Professional Qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Must be detailed in execution of work.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with little or no supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr.cv@guotransport.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr.cv@guotransport.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GUO Transport Company Limited is a division of G.
