We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Account and Administration<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role will be responsible for management of the Accounting, Budgeting and some Human Resources functions. Manage the implementation of policies and procedures, and goals and objectives of these functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and Coordinate Units of the Department:Financial Control, Fixed Asset Register, Sundry Debtors, Junior Staff and Officers\u2019 Salaries; Staff Salaries &amp; Payroll Administration; Pension; Statutory returns.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, report and make recommendations to Management on the Performance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare management accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily activity report.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fixed asset register.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Verify interest payments on deposits<\/li>\n<li>Manage disbursement of Stationery.<\/li>\n<li>Handle assets insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cash control.<\/li>\n<li>Provide human resources support function<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate at Committee meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that staff complies with all regulations and rules and behaves in a socially responsible manner.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze change and advise accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Formulate strategic and long-term business plans<\/li>\n<li>Research and report on factors influencing business performance<\/li>\n<li>Develop financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk<\/li>\n<li>Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the tax authorities<\/li>\n<li>Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Manage budgets<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and minimize turn-around time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of First Degree in any of the following disciplines: Accounting, Finance, Business Management \/ Admin, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Statistics.<\/li>\n<li>A related professional qualification\/ Masters degree and financial industry experience will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Financial accounting experience of at least, five (5) years<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Conceptual Skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good information Technology Skills<\/li>\n<li>High numeracy and sound technical skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills and initiative<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to make quick and rational decisions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage revenue growthab<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others<\/li>\n<li>Commercial and business awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature<\/li>\n<li>The ability to balance the demands of work with study commitments<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships<\/li>\n<li>The potential to lead and motivate others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN270,000 &#8211; N300,000 \/ Month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates\u00a0should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:greenecarers@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">greenecarers@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alister Greene Consulting is a professional consulting firm with expertise in providing a People &#8211; Process Management solution to small and medium Scale Enterprises.
