We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Training Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Conduct orientation sessions<\/li>\n<li>Create training materials<\/li>\n<li>Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Create testing and evaluation processes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement training budget<\/li>\n<li>Conduct performance reviews<\/li>\n<li>Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops<\/li>\n<li>Provide performance feedback<\/li>\n<li>Conduct continuing education training<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership development education<\/li>\n<li>Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements and cost management<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the development of strategic plans<\/li>\n<li>And any other responsibility required by the employer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should have a minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in the hospitality industry (working experience in leading and recognized brands or International hotel brand will be an added advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Arts, Human resources or equivalent in a relevant area.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of training processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to moderate large groups.<\/li>\n<li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to commute \/ relocate:Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Question(s):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you have Close Proximity to Ikeja?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN70,000.00 &#8211; N100,000.00 per month<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their application to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:philbannig@ymail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>philbannig@ymail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@philbanconsulting.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@philbanconsulting.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Philban Consulting\u00a0is a recruitment and employment platform.
