We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Quality Control Chemist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Sagamu, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have an immediate, full-time opening for an experienced Quality Control Chemist to perform quality testing of our ready mix products at our factory and customer job sites under the direction of the Quality Control Manager.<\/li>\n<li>We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Measure and test lab materials and products according to industry specific standard procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform rigorous quality assurane of samples<\/li>\n<li>Follow established quality control procedures to ensure that concrete mixes produced meet the customer&#8217;s job-specific requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality control testing on aggregate and concrete products including, but not limited to, field testing (slump, air content, unit weight, yield, cylinders, etc.), gradations on production aggregates, and lab work (compression testing and scheduling).<\/li>\n<li>Mix and test trial batches in advance of jobs within provided specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Test field cylinders in the lab using established quality control procedures, and accurately record results.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of testing completed with results.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain lab area and equipment according to industry standard.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all company safety regulations and policies at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all company environmental regulations and policies at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Represent company with professionalism and customer service in mind at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 6 years experience in sales and marketing of construction services, or products.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Quality Control personnel in a chemistry lab setting.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Can work with minimum supervision Good knowledge of the construction industry<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations with good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive and must be ready for extensive travel.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have good knowledge of the construction industry, sales and marketing skills, good communication skills, business development and strategic thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@costarchem.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@costarchem.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n15th November, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Costarchem Nigeria is a world leader in the delivery of tailored constructive solutions for virtually any type of construction project, combining high-quality products, expert technical support, customer service and innovation&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[58],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Costarchem Nigeria Ongoing Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
