We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhances the organization\u2019s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.<\/li>\n<li>Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; and recommending changes.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.<\/li>\n<li>Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.<\/li>\n<li>Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.<\/li>\n<li>Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.<\/li>\n<li>Advances human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource<\/li>\n<li>Age above 42 will not be considered for this position<\/li>\n<li>6+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.<\/li>\n<li>English speaking is a must requirement for this position as the person will be entitled to speak with other country personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hiring<\/li>\n<li>Human resources management<\/li>\n<li>Employee Management<\/li>\n<li>Performance management<\/li>\n<li>Organization Development.<\/li>\n<li>Training and Development<\/li>\n<li>Compensation and Benefits<\/li>\n<li>Supporting diversity<\/li>\n<li>Employment laws<\/li>\n<li>Decision Making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:aliyu.busayo@ultimcredit.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>aliyu.busayo@ultimcredit.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th November, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cashigo is one of the unique fintech companies.
