We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of the Human Resource Associate is to assist the Human Resource Manager and team with tasks including contributing to special projects assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create job advertisements.<\/li>\n<li>Screening CVs, Shortlisting and conducting virtual interviews as needed, and scheduling in-person interviews with appropriate candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Research descriptions for clients\u2019 staff.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication with trainees to confirm the time, date, and venue of training.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with planning and scheduling training.<\/li>\n<li>Compute invoices for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Quality HR compliance and administrative support to Human resources team clients and teammates.<\/li>\n<li>Attend staff meetings to be part of decisions and learn.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, Humanities\u00a0or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years\u2019 experience post NYSC<\/li>\n<li>Professional membership of CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to build a career in Human Resources Management.<\/li>\n<li>Resident on the mainland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN50,000 &#8211; N100,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates\u00a0should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:greenecareers@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">greenecareers@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n8th November, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alister Greene Consulting is a professional consulting firm with expertise in providing a People &#8211; Process Management solution to small and medium Scale Enterprises.
