We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Govt Relations &amp; Business Development Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Abuja, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Identification:<\/strong> 19<br \/>\n<strong>Job Schedule:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat you\u2019ll do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and manage professional relationships with all existing customers, prospective customers, governmental agencies\/bodies and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the process of statutory documentation and regulatory oil &amp; gas license renewals with government agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Research and monitor government activities that could affect the organisation\u2019s business and clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers\/target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.<\/li>\n<li>Promote Asharami\u2019s products\/services to address and predict clients\u2019 objectives<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales &amp; marketing team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong ethical relationship between Asharami and relevant institutions\/ bodies with a view to ensure the long-term viability of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective corporate relationship with key stakeholders at the Federal, State and Local Government level.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of recent industry trends and seek opportunities that exist with government agencies<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and advise leadership team in identifying and resolving issues with the relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Perform Adhoc duties as advised by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree in a Social Science course (Business Administration, Marketing etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the South-west\u2019s (excluding Lagos) lubricants market.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of cognate working experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intrinsically motivated;<\/li>\n<li>Results &#8211; oriented and pragmatic with exceptional problem solving and decision making skills;<\/li>\n<li>Top-notch networking and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Emotionally intelligent and team player with an international outlook<\/li>\n<li>Excellent and precise communication &amp; presentation skills;<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable and effective in managing and communicating with team members and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver results with low levels of supervision;<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, time management and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Hausa Language<\/li>\n<li>Customer-centric and good leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Confidence and discretion<\/li>\n<li>A team player with an international outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/fa-eugs-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com\/hcmUI\/CandidateExperience\/en\/sites\/CX_2002\/job\/19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n20th November, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sahara Group is a leading international energy and infrastructure conglomerate with operations in over 38 countries across Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia.
