Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Influencer Acquisition and Campaign Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time\u00a0(Hybrid)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and\/or implement acquisition strategies put in place for the different communities and demographics to meet set KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously keep abreast of all client leads in the pipeline and analyze brand needs assessment to identify key required communities and implement acquisition to meet the demand<\/li>\n<li>Work with the marketing department to brainstorm areas of collaboration and support and work collectively on tactics across performance, awareness, and retention funnels to meet our supply targets.<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer acquisition and grouping<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers<\/li>\n<li>Lead workshops and other strategic planning sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Influencer Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide product, campaign and other support inquiries on needs basis either through the phone, webinars<\/li>\n<li>Ensure live training schedule and any other relevant training comms and materials have been shared with all influencers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all underperforming influencers at the point of verification are pulled out of campaigns and re-trained<\/li>\n<li>Support marketing research for the development of strategic recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Find solutions to constantly automate the training processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Campaign Execution &amp; Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage campaign fulfillment from running campaigns on the platform, providing progress reports and<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate and plan for 100% budget fulfillment within the set campaign duration<\/li>\n<li>Lead campaign review sessions\/immersions before and during the campaign period with the business development team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure campaigns are run in accordance with the client schedule and plan for any realignment<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the report data sheet is filled by the verification team and data is available for the business development team to create client reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<li>1-4 Years\u2019 experience with campaign experience<\/li>\n<li>Professional communication skills: Including phone and in writing, whether through e-mail,<\/li>\n<li>other social media sources, or mail.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline<\/li>\n<li>Hyper-organized and capable of juggling all of the data associated with projects and task-tracking<\/li>\n<li>Ability to project plan and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u00a0to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:thelma.o@fadacresources.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thelma.o@fadacresources.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st December, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fadac Resources and Services Limited &#8211; Our client is a globally leading Technology company that enables SMEs, multinationals, creative agencies, research companies, and NGOs to push brand messages and pull&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43],"tags":[2758],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Fadac Resources and Services Limited Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
