We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Utako, Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Part-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process customer requests, parcel registration\/collections and keep updated customer records<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails<\/li>\n<li>Escalate all exceptions for resolution<\/li>\n<li>Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND \/ OND qualification<\/li>\n<li>0 &#8211; 2 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should be resident in Utako and its environs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV in Word or PDF format to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.cv@guotransport.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr.cv@guotransport.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GUO Logistics Limited is a division of G.
