As a microfinance bank, we provide financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises both formal and informal, and to underserved individuals who require affordable loans. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Relationship Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe relationship officer would be responsible for the following;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mobilization of customers for small business loans within Abuja and its environs, majorly Wuse, Utako, Garki, Kubwa markets. Etc.<\/li>\n<li>Generate leads into any of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) markets through key distributor schemes.<\/li>\n<li>Signing on, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, food vendors (online &amp; offline).<\/li>\n<li>Contractors\/Suppliers of NGOs etc.<\/li>\n<li>Verification of clients\u2019 home and shop addresses in compliance with company\u2019s guidelines and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in credit committee for loan appraisals where required.<\/li>\n<li>Recovery of overdue loans while ensuring cordial and long-term relationship with customers through excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Appraising client\u2019s business and capacity to service requested loan.<\/li>\n<li>Capture all required information (i.e. client &amp; guarantor\u2019s name, address &amp; image.
