The factory is located in Ikorodu Shagamu Express Road, Onigbagbe\/Sotubo Village, Shagamu Ogun State, Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Trade Marketing Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Direct reporting to:<\/strong> Regional Sales Manager (RSM)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Market research\n<ul>\n<li>4Ps (Product, Price, Place and Promotion), market share, trends etc. analysis on culinary\/FMCG products, inclusive of competing brands. Required weekly reports on the same.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities in foods category which involves forecasting of consumer foresight and insights and any opportunities or threats emerging from the competitive or technology landscape.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Market development \u2013 To assist the sales team to develop the untapped territories\/markets.\n<ul>\n<li>New market development<\/li>\n<li>Retail penetration, with product placement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>BTL Activities:\n<ul>\n<li>Market activation \u2013 Design and execute trade engagement programmes, sampling (trade, consumer, HoReCa, institutes) etc.<\/li>\n<li>Promotional activity \u2013 Conduct trade and consumer promotional activities.<\/li>\n<li>Branding \u2013 Come up with innovative ideas and executive to branding the trade outlets, traders, market areas, etc. with POS (Point of Sales) materials.<\/li>\n<li>Launch of new products \u2013 Executive the launch of new products and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies, product placement.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.<\/li>\n<li>Keep record of promotional materials \u2013 production, deployment and balance.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing budget, execution and monitoring of expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment &#8211; To assist in the recruitment of the promoters\/personnel, working under you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification &#8211; Minimum of B.Sc., HND (Higher National Diploma), or related qualification in a relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in in the specified region-Ibadan\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably in FMCG (consumable food items) industry<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 7 years of experience with leading brands in Nigeria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams \u2013 sales, finance, logistics etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and updated CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@blumenigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@blumenigeria.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th November, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sonia Foods Industries is one of the leading tomato products processing factories in West Africa.
