We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Process Technology Senior Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Onne, Rivers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies and implements the best operation practices by promoting technological update, collaborating in the compliance with production programs, optimizing processes as well as most relevant supplies&#8217; costs, complying with defined quality standards and working within a safe work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides quality assurance for end products analyzing performance of the manufacturing process and designing or improving manufacturing practices.<\/li>\n<li>Complies with established quality standards designing a stable and defect-free process and tracking quality procedures from generation to implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Provides optimization to the process using technological information and reports from competitors, benchmarking activities, 00100 and R&amp;D areas.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates technological R&amp;D activities in the area.<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical support ensuring the provision of technical service on initiatives of new projects related to the line\/process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures satisfaction of internal clients and external customers by monitoring product quality results and analyzing\/implementing action plans as required.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates in the fulfilment of cost objectives optimizing the use of the most relevant supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates in the compliance with line manufacturing programs verifying that the performance of machinery and instruments used in the production process respond to established use and efficiency criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Takes into consideration energy saving issues when developing phases and process. To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or<\/li>\n<li>observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive\/corrective actions.
