We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Business Partner<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR department and help develop and implement successful recruiting strategies while aligning with the business strategies.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal role holder will have extensive experience in full cycle recruitment and demonstrated ability to perform the full spectrum of HR activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you will serve as a partner to the business, ensuring we attract, motivate and retain the most qualified candidates who cover our hiring needs, meet our long-term objectives and add to our company culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future personnel needs<\/li>\n<li>Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks<\/li>\n<li>Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language<\/li>\n<li>Guide hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor turnover and retention rates (company-wide and by department)<\/li>\n<li>Oversee onboarding for new hires<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deploy candidate experience surveys<\/li>\n<li>Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with departmental heads.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as business unit restructuring.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview.<\/li>\n<li>Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with team to develop policies, programs, and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree from a recognized institution<\/li>\n<li>Membership of recognized professional body (e.g., CIPM) is highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner, Recruitment Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of labor legislation<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of full cycle recruiting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@thegiggroupng.com\">jobs@thegiggroupng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;HR Business Partner&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b><br \/>\n10th December, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GIG Mobility &#8211; We are a technology-focused company that harnesses physical and digital tools to move you from one place to the other and remain resilient on our overarching goal&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[35],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>GIG Mobility Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
