We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: General Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented General Manager to join our team.<\/li>\n<li>To meet the growing demand for our KOKO Brand, we need exceptionally talented, bright and driven people.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate for the General Manager role will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creation and management of business, creative content, marketing databases especially as it concerns advertisements, special projects, partnerships, special events, business growth opportunities online<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet quarterly and annual revenue \/ sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of advertisements and all special business units of the company to deliver objectives set by Management \/ Board<\/li>\n<li>Planning, coordination and management of all business-related performance systems<\/li>\n<li>Strategic advice to Management and Board on risks and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the content, sales, production and all operational departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Postgraduate Degree in any discipline with demonstrable interest in Business Development, Sales and Management.<\/li>\n<li>At least 15 years cognate experience in media industry<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as at strategic management role or similar executive role<\/li>\n<li>Experience in media planning and budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Must possess high-level contacts<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with targets and manage teams \/ resources across the country<\/li>\n<li>Proven record in sales, customer relations management and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Letter of Intent with their CV attached to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@kokointernet.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@kokointernet.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th November, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KOKO TV is a fast growing music production company, based at London\u2019s iconic music venue, KOKO.
