We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Care \/ Till Operation Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Till Operations Officer to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Your responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, keeping track of all cash &amp; credit transactions while also managing online order placements.<\/li>\n<li>To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. Ultimately, you\u2019ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage transactions with customers using cash registers, cash management point.<\/li>\n<li>Manage online order placement from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Collect payments whether in cash or POS or transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Issue receipts, refunds or change.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information<\/li>\n<li>Greet customers when entering or leaving the restaurant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience as a Till operator, Restaurant Cashier or in a similar role in a restaurant enviroment<\/li>\n<li>Basic PC knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.<\/li>\n<li>Good math skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction-oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:vacancyalertssf@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vacancyalertssf@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th November, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soul Food Restaurant is a full-fledged organization with the goal of creating food that appeals to the African heart both in taste and in portion.
