We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Real Estate Marketer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Part-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We currently seek the service of Real Estate Marketers in various parts of Nigeria. Successful Candidates will be responsible for the sales of our Estate and Land across the Country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe duties &amp; responsibilities are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.<\/li>\n<li>Design\/ draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange\/design advertising to promote the property(ies)<\/li>\n<li>To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business<\/li>\n<li>Present the Group to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPI\u2019s):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate new leads on weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Increase social media presence by 5% monthly<\/li>\n<li>Number of apartments sold in a month.<\/li>\n<li>High rate of customer feedback- The number of buyers who have signed you as their exclusive sales agent.<\/li>\n<li>Proper inventory of apartments available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Estate Management or any relevant Social Science or Arts discipline.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 4 years\u2019 experience in sales of Real Estate<\/li>\n<li>Ability to implore the use of digital marketing platforms will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs within a real estate sales role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness.<\/li>\n<li>IT skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N200,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:career@springorg.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">career@springorg.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st December, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prowess Home is a Real Estate firm in Nigeria with a vision to make millions of Nigerians a land owner at affordable prices.
