We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive calendar and diary management<\/li>\n<li>Answering and directing telephone calls<\/li>\n<li>Managing your boss\u2019 email inbox and sending responses<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments<\/li>\n<li>Arranging travel and booking accommodation<\/li>\n<li>Providing general administrative support<\/li>\n<li>Preparing memos, letters, invoices, statements, and other documents<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other EAs<\/li>\n<li>Greeting visitors and clients<\/li>\n<li>Management and oversight of business projects<\/li>\n<li>Attending meetings with your boss and recording minutes<\/li>\n<li>Taking meetings and reporting back with actions<\/li>\n<li>Involvement with interviewing, hiring, and training staff<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses<\/li>\n<li>Arranging dinners, social events, and public appearances<\/li>\n<li>Producing timelines and reviews of projects<\/li>\n<li>Researching new business ventures or projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 5 &#8211; 10 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Masters&#8217;s Degree is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational and diary management skills<\/li>\n<li>High levels of flexibility and adaptability<\/li>\n<li>Flawless communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Excellent telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>The ability to multitask and prioritize an everchanging workload<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work autonomously<\/li>\n<li>The ability to determine which emails, reports, telephone calls etc need to reach your boss and which do not<\/li>\n<li>Strong business and commercial acumen<\/li>\n<li>The ability to communicate with and present to senior management and executives<\/li>\n<li>The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts<\/li>\n<li>Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Drafting, writing, and research skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe salary is highly attractive.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover letter to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:creatrixempiretalents@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">creatrixempiretalents@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n8th December, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Creatrix Empire Limited is a digital marketing firm, launched in 2015.Creatrix Empire team is passionate about building, growing and adding massive value to our client\u2019s brand.
