We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Commercial Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role will be responsible for the commercial and revenue generation leadership of the station (wherein she\/he is expected to take responsibility for the station\u2019s commercial\/sales team, ensuring proper guidance and favorable operational environment for continuously improved staff morale), and serve as the focal point between the Clients, media agencies, and the Station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hires and supervises the sales staff<\/li>\n<li>Reviews programming for the best sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develops sales plans and goals<\/li>\n<li>Oversees billing<\/li>\n<li>Studies and understands the station&#8217;s market and approves all sales promotion campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Develops strategies for business development and revenue generation<\/li>\n<li>Ensures best\/world-class client service relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An Honours Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration or related field from any recognized Institution.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced degree and relevant certifications will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 6 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N300,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nIntereted and qualified candiates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/HRuBZNqbw4d9XtgXA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n22nd December, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Owlman PRS is a Management Consultancy with the goal to enhance SME profitability in Nigeria through strategic Human Resources services.
