DKT International is the largest private provider of family planning and reproductive health products and services in the developing world. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Centre Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to family planning related queries and concerns<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management<\/li>\n<li>Guide callers through family planning methods, navigating the company site or using the products or services<\/li>\n<li>Following call centre \u201cscripts\u201d when handling topics on family planning\/sexual reproductive health<\/li>\n<li>Identify customers\u2019 needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and\/or alternatives<\/li>\n<li>Following up with customer calls where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND \/ HND \/ B.Sc in any related field<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening<\/li>\n<li>Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal and rapport buildingskills<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of a company\u2019s products and\/or services<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in English.
