We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company&#8217;s customer base and ensure it a strong presence<\/li>\n<li>Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representative<\/li>\n<li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs<\/li>\n<li>Present sales, revenue, and expense report and realistic forecasts to the management team<\/li>\n<li>Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Marketing, Business, Electrical\u00a0or Electronic Engineering<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding the target<\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge of solar panels and Battery<\/li>\n<li>Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N250,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:resume@hrleverageafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">resume@hrleverageafrica.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st December, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HRLeverage delivers excellent spectrum of HR Business Solutions and strategic management support services through a customs built approach for organisations.
