We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Truck Driver (Transporter)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Delta<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Truck Driver, or Transporter, is responsible for transporting goods from one location to another.<\/li>\n<li>Their job duties include loading their vehicles, abiding by traffic laws and ensuring safe unloading and delivery at their destination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Long-distance driving<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and coordinating with fleet officer\/manager<\/li>\n<li>Obeying and following applicable traffic laws<\/li>\n<li>Securing cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving<\/li>\n<li>Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules<\/li>\n<li>Complying with truck driving rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Reporting defects, accidents and violations<\/li>\n<li>Performing daily maintenance of truck (refueling, cleaning, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Loading and unloading box trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with customers in a professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports<\/li>\n<li>Recording cargo deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Verifying loads for accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma &#8211; SSCE, NECO or WAEC<\/li>\n<li>Class G Nigerian driver license.<\/li>\n<li>Must pass drug and alcohol test.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in truck driving<\/li>\n<li>Must have clean driving record.<\/li>\n<li>Must provide a Medical Certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:diademconhr@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>diademconhr@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n13th December, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diadem Consults Initiative Limited \/ GTE is a solution and service provider to complex health and environmental problems.
