We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Transaction Monitoring Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep abreast of related laws, regulations and best practices pertaining to Anti-Money Laundering\/Combating of Terrorism Financing.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute in giving suggestions to enhance systems, methodologies, and process simplification.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor business relations and transactions from a Due Diligence and Money Laundering \/ Terrorist Financing perspective on an on-going basis through the Automated Transaction Monitoring Systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer transactions from an Anti-Money Laundering (\u201cAML\u201d) perspective.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure closure of alerts with appropriate closure remarks \/ comments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that investigators are following the appropriate escalation mechanisms when responses are not obtained from business lines.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, identify, and escalate suspicious transactions to the line manager for onwards reporting to the Financial Monitoring Unit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an HND \/ B.Sc Degree<\/li>\n<li>3+ Years of professional experience<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years of business experience in an AML Compliance role<\/li>\n<li>Financial Crime and compliance knowledge, specifically AML \/ CFT.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of Rules \/ Regulations relating to AML \/ CFT.<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in office management tools (PC Skills, MS Office).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@tingomobile.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@tingomobile.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tingo is an Agri-Fintech company offering a comprehensive platform service through use of smartphones (using GSM technology) to empower a marketplace to enable subscribers\/farmers within and outside of the agricultural&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[28],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Tingo Ongoing Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
