We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account \/ Admin Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe applicant must be VERSATILE with the following skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial Statement Preparation, Reporting, Analysis and Interpretation.<\/li>\n<li>Management Account Reporting, Budgeting and Variance Analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Knowledge in Accounting Entries Treatment.<\/li>\n<li>Internal Controls, Auditing, Payroll Administration and Strategic Financial Planning.<\/li>\n<li>Advance Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge,<\/li>\n<li>Business Planning, Tax Planning &amp; Management and Working Capital Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other responsibilities of the Account and Admin Officer will include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make accurate day-to-day entry in appropriate ledgers for all business transactions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an accurate record of all transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, send and store invoices<\/li>\n<li>Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments<\/li>\n<li>Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable<\/li>\n<li>Issuing of payment vouchers and filing of source documents.<\/li>\n<li>Administrational duties.<\/li>\n<li>Petty cash management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc or HND in Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Must live in Ikeja or its environ<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>2 years experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill Sets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Office Administration<\/li>\n<li>Basic accounting knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Data entry skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel and office<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and fast learner.<\/li>\n<li>Time management.<\/li>\n<li>Professionalism and organization skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN70,000 &#8211; N150,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:bimbolaspeaks@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bimbolaspeaks@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n18th January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DigitalentHUB is an Enterprise Technology HUB, with primary focus of leveraging technology to build business and social impact solution, with the guarantee of maximizing the wealth of our stakeholders.
