So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino&#8217;s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery &amp; Pinkberry.<\/p>\n<p>Eat &#8216;N&#8217; Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N&#8217; Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Estate Surveyor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Adeola Odeku, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thorough inspection of land and property based on industry standard practices<\/li>\n<li>Preparing of Survey Plans, including charting the layout of the property (according to standard industry practices), producing the survey plan, taking it to the Survey general&#8217;s office to be registered and delivering proof of registration to the client.<\/li>\n<li>Determining the value of land and property by surveying the structure, land and surrounding conditions taking into consideration future value and potential<\/li>\n<li>Determining the value of rent and service charge after carrying out schedule of property conditions<\/li>\n<li>Carry out extensive research into land and property history to determine if there are any ownership or legal disputes\/implications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Estate Management or Estate Surveying.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Engineering related course from an accredited university in Nigeria or abroad Second Class (Upper Division).<\/li>\n<li>Professional Membership with a recognised institution\/body Conversant with the International Valuation Standards (IVS) or the RICS Red Book; Company.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write and vet valuation reports Highly observant (understand how to put a checklist together of critical &#8216;industry standard&#8217; information to observe during inspection).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of how to identify flaws in a property (leakage, mold, bad neighbourhood, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the standard prices for properties in each locality of Lagos or Abuja; ability to value property based on information gathered from inspection<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate and deal with Government agents and agencies such as the Government Land Registry and Surveyor General&#8217;s Office without compromising the integrity of the process.<\/li>\n<li>Have good analytical skills (the ability to process lots of information at once and document it correctly).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work within time constraints to achieve targets and deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered Surveyor and Valuer (or just certified Surveyor).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write and vet valuation reports Highly observant (understand how to put a checklist together of critical &#8216;industry standard&#8217; information to observe during inspection).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of how to identify flaws in a property (leakage, mold, bad neighbourhood, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the standard prices for properties in each locality of Lagos or Abuja.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to value property based on information gathered from inspection General local knowledge of residential geographical area Lagos or Abuja (knowledge of the particular locality the buyer or seller is engaging in the real estate transaction from is a bonus).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate and deal with Government agents and agencies such as the Government Land Registry and Surveyor General&#8217;s Office without compromising the integrity of the process.<\/li>\n<li>Have good analytical skills (the ability to process lots of information at once and document it correctly) Ability to work within time constraints to achieve targets and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge and ability to use mobile applications and phones Good customer service and people relationship skills.<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to source your own clients through Propcheck to maximize earning potential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/EatNGoLimited\/743999870314948-estate-surveyor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eat &#8216;N&#8217; Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa.
