We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Retail Sales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Onitsha, Anambra<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that receipt is issued for all and every item purchased (no exception).<\/li>\n<li>Recommend accessories\/device enhancement for items purchased to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to customer&#8217;s difficulty and issues in making payments;<\/li>\n<li>Process refunds and sales return for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Daily reconciliation of transactions and Stock.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the branch Supervisor, to ensure steady supply of required stock\/ item;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good and clean working environment which include proper arrangement of desk, stocks and accessories, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that cash at hand do not exceed certain limit as specified or advised by the accounts department before depositing in the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accounting procedures in posting all transactions as directed by the accounts department.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer all faulty products to the appropriate department for onward return to the suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all products and accessories are tested immediately after purchase before customer takes delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain a friendly working environment and relationship for all branch staff including manufacturer&#8217;s representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Keep record and current status of all customers\u2019 items that were sent for warranty.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with customer care center to ensure that customer&#8217;s product is given proper attention.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing<\/li>\n<li>Ensure display stands are fully stocked<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the branch supervisor to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)<\/li>\n<li>Inform customers about discounts and special offers<\/li>\n<li>Provide customer feedback to the branch supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with new products\/services<\/li>\n<li>Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales target<\/li>\n<li>Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers<\/li>\n<li>Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Any other assignment as may be given by the branch supervisor, MD or the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND qualification with 2-5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN40,000 &#8211; N45,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:faithc@finebrothers.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">faithc@finebrothers.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Retail Sales Executive&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n12th December, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants who are qualified will be invited.<\/li>\n<li>This position is for Onitsha in Anambra State and it is required that applicants come to Enugu State for an interview.
