We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager &#8211; Marketing<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Remote<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Department development<\/li>\n<li>Development of a project strategy and its development adaptation with a team<\/li>\n<li>Making key process and team decisions<\/li>\n<li>Planning and monitoring the implementation of plans<\/li>\n<li>Formation of processes, production features in accordance with the needs of the product<\/li>\n<li>Development, training and evaluation of a team of managers and key employees (training of other PMs that will come to the team, Tech Leads in management and soft skills + evaluation of employees on the quality of work)<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the recruitment and onboarding process<\/li>\n<li>Sharing successful experience within your team and company<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate part of the team (5-15 people)<\/li>\n<li>Exploring different promotion tools<\/li>\n<li>Study \/ analysis of the target audience of each application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 year experience as a project manager<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a product company<\/li>\n<li>Experience in building workflows<\/li>\n<li>Ability to set clear goals and focus on results<\/li>\n<li>Ability to motivate a team<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with a distributed team preferred<\/li>\n<li>The constant striving to improve the level in project management is welcomed<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with a remote team<\/li>\n<li>English from C1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Will be a plus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Figma ((any), if previously worked as a designer or with designs in general, then even better)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management in Jira<\/li>\n<li>TK development<\/li>\n<li>Experience with mobile applications<\/li>\n<li>6 months experience in marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nUSD800 &#8211; USD2,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume with the following: (Age, City, Country, Expected Salary) to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mungani.e@itcomp.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mungani.e@itcomp.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n15th December, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AppCake is an innovative product company that has specialized in successful mobile app development since 2017.
