We are are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Bank Sales Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting To:<\/strong> Branch Sales Manager\/ Branch Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate new customer leads through various channels<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography\u00a0assigned Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business<\/li>\n<li>Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him\/her, for various products and services<\/li>\n<li>Cross sell assets and fee products<\/li>\n<li>Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer queries\/issues and facilitate customer service<\/li>\n<li>Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls\/follow-ups made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion (must take initiatives and not avoid targets)<\/li>\n<li>Socially Confident (able to start a conversation with new people easily and be confident in the interaction)<\/li>\n<li>Perseverance &amp; Resilience (able to make repeated attempts and bounce back from setbacks, able to try new methods of engagement in case of a setback)<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving &amp; Closure (when faced with a problem, must be able to identify and seek help from the right people without hesitation.
