We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Security Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Purpose of Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop and implement the physical protection of the people and property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and develop the overall operational security strategy for the site\/location<\/li>\n<li>Create, implement and communicate security policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Liaison between government security forces, civilian security and community relation<\/li>\n<li>Develop security budget and recommend the hiring and onboarding of new staff<\/li>\n<li>Develop security KPIs as well as Create report and present KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Measure and track department&#8217;s success regularly<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to company&#8217;s rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Suggest and implement new solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all Health &amp; Safety measures are adhered to by any member of staff\/person at the farm and advising them accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Developing emergency response and Crisis Management plans including evacuation and Business Continuity Planning.<\/li>\n<li>Develop accurate security information system and Surveillance activities that will ensure company readiness to handle emergencies.<\/li>\n<li>To undertake other administrative duties as maybe required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in the financial industry.<\/li>\n<li>7 years of experience with relevant technology, security protocols and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>CCTV monitoring and interpretation<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with budgeting and budget planning<\/li>\n<li>Previous leadership experience<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Higher education in security administration or management\/Professional qualification is a big plus<\/li>\n<li>Military\/Paramilitary service is an added advantage (For military, Captain to Colonel, or warrant officer.<\/li>\n<li>Intelligence background or combatant).<\/li>\n<li>The retired personnel must produce evidence of enlistment and certificate of discharge from the Force.<\/li>\n<li>Evidence that he has worked in a similar field after dis-engagement from the Force, will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:resourcing@avanthalogen.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">resourcing@avanthalogen.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n2nd January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Halogen group formerly known as Halogen Security Company Limited was incorporated in July 1992 as a private limited liability company, to fill the yawning gaps in quality security services in&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[65],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Halogen group Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
