We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Consultant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island,\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement our HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of our organization.<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues as they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment and selection process.<\/li>\n<li>Support our current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of the organization human capital.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Nurture a positive working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain pay plan and benefits program.<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum qualification of a First Degree in Human Resource, Administration or Management and relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Professional Qualification is desired<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resource management.<\/li>\n<li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Education\/ Training<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the industry rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>High level of Professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage people.<\/li>\n<li>Organized, meticulous, and confident.<\/li>\n<li>Result Driven Attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Good marketing knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent business acumen and financial skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good Networking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Written and Oral Communication.<\/li>\n<li>Human Resource Management.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Conflict resolution skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Competence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR executive.<\/li>\n<li>People oriented and results driven.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nN180,000 &#8211; N200,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@pausefactory.org\"><strong>jobs@pausefactory.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n29th December, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Candidate must be ready to resume first week in January 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pause Factory is a business and management consulting company that leverages people\u2019s emotions and performance architecture to solve organizational challenges and craft organizational transformation.
