We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Center Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Port Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns<\/li>\n<li>De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support<\/li>\n<li>Call clients and customers to inform them about the company\u2019s new products, services and policies<\/li>\n<li>Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services<\/li>\n<li>Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to all company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of an HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in any Social Science discipline with at least 2 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of company products, services, and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management and decision making skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jobmaxrecruiters@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jobmaxrecruiters@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Call Center Representatives&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JobMax is a fast paced human resource business solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
