We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions and address complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.<\/li>\n<li>Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.<\/li>\n<li>Check, sort and forward emails.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records and files.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office expenses and costs.<\/li>\n<li>Take up other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an HND \/ B.Sc in Accounting; additional qualifications will be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years of proven work experience as front desk officer, or in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must reside within Lagos (Lekki axis)<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must also be willing to work on Saturdays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@leadhradvisory.com\">recruitment@leadhradvisory.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n13th January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited is a foremost Human Resources Solutions organization with many years of cumulative management experience and expertise.
