We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Demand Planning Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain an active\/ valid list of SKU in the demand list<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the SKU mix in relation to the percentage of sales<\/li>\n<li>Maintain weekly forecast split<\/li>\n<li>Keeps track and records issues regarding forecast accuracy, forecast consumption (Actual sales vs. forecasted sales)<\/li>\n<li>Provide analysis at the required level of detail- SKU, brand, market, channel<\/li>\n<li>Gets updates on local and central promotions and use this information for forecasting activity planning reports (MAP), Demand &amp; Supply reconciliation reports (DSR), Sales &amp; Operation report, weekly demand planner tracker, Monthly forecast performance update, and relevant charts.<\/li>\n<li>Generate relevant reports that drive and support Supply Chain management decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Total business volume collation and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Create a rolling forecast sheet to monitor the under\/over the forecast of SKUS and historical forecast trends<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a link between commercial and manufacturing to ensure products forecasted for sale are available and mitigate issues that may arise<\/li>\n<li>Manage SKU portfolio to predict SKUs that are contributing or underperforming to the business<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor\/update product lifecycle using required tools<\/li>\n<li>Prepare supply review templates for weekly updates on the status of products available for sale<\/li>\n<li>In charge of monitoring aging stock\/early warning reports<\/li>\n<li>Prepare production plan file for daily updates on production in the factory<\/li>\n<li>Work on forecast reports- magic sheets, run rate sheets, mape and bias, rolling forecast sheets,<\/li>\n<li>Assist and work directly with the demand planning manager on duties that needs to be done in the unit.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate product replenishment to satisfy customers\u2019 demands.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast and maintain distribution records and pending shipments.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory level across the network to ensure no Out Of Stock and call out Slow moving inventory for savings to the company.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and monitor production plan in comparison to output to call out risk and mitigate the effect.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with sales team to build stock, detail inventory level, and shipping timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/BSc. in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 proven experience in a multinational as a demand planning analyst.<\/li>\n<li>Cognate experience with PowerBI, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and other data analysis &amp; visualization tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations is a key requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Membership in the Chartered Institute of supply chain Management (ACISM), Certified Institute of Warehousing and Materials Management (ACIWM), or related fields is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze data and perform analysis<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective problem identification and solution skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:career@willerssolutions.com\"><strong>careers@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n7th January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
