We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Investment Sales Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support team members in securing listings, marketing and closing of transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Perform complex financial analyses, with minimal supervision, including cash flow projections with complex financing structures, and sensitivity analyses<\/li>\n<li>Prepare offering and other marketing materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of presentation, pitch materials and miscellaneous reports for new and existing business pursuits.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the due diligence and closing process for transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Gather, evaluate and monitor economic, demographic and competitor data and events for several key, target markets throughout the FCT.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations which influence and provide impact for the client.<\/li>\n<li>Organize historical client contact\/activity.<\/li>\n<li>Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to and support key strategic objectives for the Company and the team, including but not limited to, business development, analytical research and execution of transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree holder preferably in Social Sciences or any related field with a minimum of 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the service process.<\/li>\n<li>Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.<\/li>\n<li>Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>A positive attitude to dealing with people.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual.<\/li>\n<li>A sound understanding of our core businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@gecenyi.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@gecenyi.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n13th January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mute Swan Capital Limited (MSCL) is an asset management company duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
