We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Data Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Surulere, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Business Operations Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Division \/ Department:<\/strong> Data Analytics and Insights DIRECT<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather, process, interpret and present data (received from the various data sources) into business insights for internal use and by key clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collate data from the various data sources such as databases, surveys, and social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and storing data in a way that is easily accessible and usable.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning and pre-processing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Analysing data using statistical techniques and software tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and R.<\/li>\n<li>Visualizing data using charts, graphs, and other graphical representations.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, actionable insights, and other appropriate means.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support data driven decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison between the company and the evaluator during the process of data collection \/ gathering.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the coordination of audit activities (including surveys\/opinion polls) and preparation of audit reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any other administrative duties and projects assigned by your line manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide all monthly reports at least three days before final submission to the client.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum of 2% error on all data reports, by ensuring that all data is properly validated at the collation stage.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the training of evaluators to ensure that the right information is captured at the initial phase of every project.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum of one rework on any project due to gap in project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>At least 95% satisfaction feedback from team members (this includes project manager).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@hrbreakoutroom.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@hrbreakoutroom.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Positon as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n20th January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HRbreakoutRoom is aplatform for all HR conversations with Industry Leaders around the globe.
