We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Geologist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Jabi, Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan geology projects and field sampling events.<\/li>\n<li>Survey sites and create logs and maps using GIS.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyze geological data.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate research programs.<\/li>\n<li>Apply for mineral titles and other applications.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality control on the suitability of material and inspect projects.<\/li>\n<li>Study sites for developments, formations, hazards, and composition.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and evaluate natural resource deposits.<\/li>\n<li>Consult on various geology-related issues like waste management, resource management, gas extraction techniques and more.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure environmental and other regulations are met in construction and production projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess a minimum of Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Geology or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have a knowledge of Google Earth Application and other geological softwares.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have a knowledge of field mapping and be able to identify minerals.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of GPS and remote sensing is required.<\/li>\n<li>A good communication skill is required.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have an introductory knowledge in Mineral Exploration Techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make cognitive and distinctive solutions and reasonings.<\/li>\n<li>Certification in NMGS and COMEG is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN90,000 &#8211; N120,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:tongyigroupltd@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tongyigroupltd@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n25th January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tongyi Allied Mining Ltd., was established in 1997.
