We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining brand consistency in designing logos, social media graphics, newsletters, ads, web pages, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to understand design requirements, preferences, and expectations in line with the brand design guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible and self-motivated for day-to-day creative projects, adhering to production and internal deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently come up with new ideas of relatable graphics to the consumer market.<\/li>\n<li>Study design briefs and determine requirements<\/li>\n<li>Schedule projects and define budget constraints<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualize visuals based on requirements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic<\/li>\n<li>Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design<\/li>\n<li>Test graphics across various media<\/li>\n<li>Amend designs after feedback<\/li>\n<li>Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Either an HND or B.Sc in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or any other relevant subject.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 7 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a graphics artist, visual effects, video work or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and CorelDraw)<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye for aesthetics and details<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Capability to deliver brilliant creative ideas and show amazing attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral, and written communication.
