We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Receptionist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office<\/li>\n<li>Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office<\/li>\n<li>To answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)<\/li>\n<li>Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone\/email<\/li>\n<li>Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail\/deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)<\/li>\n<li>Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock<\/li>\n<li>Update calendars and schedule meetings<\/li>\n<li>Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records of office expenses and costs<\/li>\n<li>Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 6 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)<\/li>\n<li>Professional attitude and appearance<\/li>\n<li>Solid written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks<\/li>\n<li>Customer service attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN60,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@strugz.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@strugz.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Receptionist&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n27th January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strugz is a Public Relations, Legal, Management and Training Consulting Firm, with a passion to transform minds in a dynamic way that helps its clients find a rhythm and maximize&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2850],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Strugz Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
