We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for day-to-day management of the GMD\u2019s calendar and activities to ensure high value time utilization of the GMD in relationship to external and internal requirements. Brief\/update the GMD on upcoming meetings and ongoing obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the prioritization of tasks, activities and issues requiring the GMD\u2019s attention to ensure they are acted upon in a timely manner and assist in following up on requests made by the GMD.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a variety of special projects for the GMD for positive organizational impact<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizes and proactive approach on all issues and concerns addressed to GMD, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and collect data for various types of business reports. Create business reports that provide insight into key data points. Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Support various departments in reaching their goals through analysis and reporting.
