Due to expansion, we require competent personnel to fill the position below<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Recruitment and Vetting Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups, WhatsApp groups, and online sites.<\/li>\n<li>In charge of drafting all recruitment plans for the company.<\/li>\n<li>In charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company.<\/li>\n<li>Handles the onboarding process, induction, and orientation for new employees and guards.<\/li>\n<li>In charge of providing all new employees and guards with all items, they require to perform their duties.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that standard requirements for guards&#8217; recruitment (Age, height, literacy, physical fitness) are maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Giving orientation to guards concerning attitude to work, and codes of ethics for guards.<\/li>\n<li>Proper vetting of applicants and their guarantors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an HND qualification with at least 4 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must be experienced in recruiting operatives and cadets.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of boosting company growth through the recruitment of qualified and capable applicants.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in use of computer.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic, determined and highly capable disposition.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to guage recruitment needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:monacoguards@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">monacoguards@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monaco Ventures Nigeria Limited (Monaco Guards) is a major player in the security industry.
