We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Land Surveyor, Experienced<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role \/ Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We seeks to recruit an Experienced Land Surveyor to Manage and coordinate surveys and investigations of land surfaces and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Overview \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages and coordinates surveys and investigations of land surfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate measurements of the ground as required, including aspects such as small and large-scale distances, angles and elevations.<\/li>\n<li>Gather data on the earth&#8217;s physical and man-made features through surveys<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and use digital mapping and processing data.<\/li>\n<li>Make use of geographical information systems (GIS) to analyze and interpret site features.<\/li>\n<li>Use computer-aided design (CAD) and other IT software to interpret data and present information.<\/li>\n<li>Handle the preparation of survey maps, plans, and exhibits.<\/li>\n<li>Provide surveying expertise to special surveying problems.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with Civil and design engineers to determine pertinent information required for project plans<\/li>\n<li>Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A First Degree from a recognized University in Civil\/Structural Engineering, Geophysics, Geology, Geography, Geo-technology, Land\/Estate Surveying, Planning or Building.<\/li>\n<li>5 \u2013 7 years\u2019 post NYSC experience in conducting land surveys\/in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Certified Registered Surveyor with the Surveyors Council of Nig (SURCON)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform horizontal and vertical survey calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with design engineers, clients, contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular field<\/li>\n<li>Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.<\/li>\n<li>Can Lead and direct the team for better productivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV attached with a cover letter,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>passport photograph, Degree Certificate, NYSC Certificate and any other professional\/relevant certificates to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@fiphs.com\">recruitment@fiphs.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Candidates who do not comply with the above directives would be disqualified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fiphs Infrastructure Limited is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company with extensive local knowledge, engineering and construction expertise.
