We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Wuye, Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To implement strategies to increase onboard sales within the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organisation through effective planning and budgeting.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the General Manager and other key personnel to understand the operations and business challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Develop market analysis strategy in coordination with the General Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain the relationship with clients by being a valued consultant and that will lead to increase of sales.<\/li>\n<li>Implement company directed sales programs, promotions and strategies to achieve growth and profit plans.<\/li>\n<li>Gain new business opportunities in an ever changing environment and aggressively grow the accounts for the Rite Place Synergy Unit.<\/li>\n<li>Plan strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. Decide the future course of action for business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Map potential customers and generate leads and new opportunities for the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for brand promotion.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.<\/li>\n<li>Support in conducting sales training for products and marketing strategies.
