We are recruiting to fill the poisition below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are expected to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase web traffic, brand awareness, drive app downloads and encourage sign ups.<\/li>\n<li>In this capacity, you will play a part in driving the growth of our business by providing our audience with targeted campaigns in the acquisition, conversion and retention stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop lead generation strategy including SEO, email marketing, PPC, Paid Social, Organic social, and new marketing channels.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and articulate the buyers&#8217; journey across all segments<\/li>\n<li>Leverage marketing automation to create multi-segment to drive conversion<\/li>\n<li>Experiment with high-impact, low-cost digital channels to drive customer acquisition and retention<\/li>\n<li>Maximize website conversion rate through A\/B testing of changes to landing structure, design, and content.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors&#8217; marketing tactics to identify new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Launch successful digital campaigns and track d campaign performance.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to ensure full delivery and maximize ads performance.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to service and procedure improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and mentor other team members where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Perform detailed keyword research.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, recommend and prepare digital marketing strategies for Kwik products.<\/li>\n<li>Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimized user funnels.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with head of digital throughout active campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>All other tasks assigned by your line manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA \/ B.Sc Degree or equivalent practical experience<\/li>\n<li>3+ years experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or running PPC campaigns for B2B products<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of marketing automation systems: HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proven, hands-on experience deploying, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns<\/li>\n<li>A strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, lead scoring, segmentation, revenue attribution and ROI<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing, verbal and research skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in understanding audience behaviour.<\/li>\n<li>Ease of use of Microsoft Office and a variety of tech platforms<\/li>\n<li>Team player with a can-do spirit<\/li>\n<li>Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be driven, adaptable, detailed, creative and curious.<\/li>\n<li>A strategic mind and researcher with great work ethics.<\/li>\n<li>A fast learner that is knowledgeable about the company&#8217;s products.<\/li>\n<li>You must have the capability to work in a fast-paced environment, be resolutive and self-motivated.<\/li>\n<li>You are tech savvy and feel comfortable using technology on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Life at Kwik:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Join a diverse, passionate &amp; driven team of all backgrounds<\/li>\n<li>Casual work environment<\/li>\n<li>Health Benefits<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kwik Delivery &#8211; We are a new start-up platform company in the logistics market in Nigeria committed to offering reliable and secure parcel shipping services within large metropolitan areas.
