We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Factory Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> BU Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role holder will develop employees in the factory and build strong industrial and employee relations to ensure the achievement of the plant\u2019s performance ambitions.<\/li>\n<li>The job holder will be in charge of our factory in Sango- Otta, Ogun state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage HR Administration while ensuring that the labour law and local government rules and practices are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for compensation including fixed and variable remuneration linked to productivity<\/li>\n<li>Administer benefits (health, canteen etc.) for the factory staff<\/li>\n<li>Support with the recruitment of factory and outsourced staff and management of workforce planning (recruitments, shifts, turnover, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the management of relationships with external labour partners<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development and Implementation of the factory policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the factory is compliant with health &amp; safety initiatives and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement training programs focused on legal, safety and technical aptitudes and attitudes in an operations environment<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement employee engagement initiatives in the factory<\/li>\n<li>HR analytics &amp; costs (overheads and direct labour force)<\/li>\n<li>Develop policies &amp; programs for the plant<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate General Services activities (security, transport, drivers, reception, etc.) for the factory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Degree, e.g. MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or Professional certification, e.g. IHRMP, SHRM, CIPR, etc.<\/li>\n<li>5-7 years of Human Resource factory experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the design and implementation of Human Resource policies and programs<\/li>\n<li>Relevant employee relations and industrial experience in FMCG<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law and<\/li>\n<li>Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Open mindset, proactiveness, teamwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What can you expect from us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being part of a multinational company where you will be able to contribute to the growth and development of a business while being developed and equipped for success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for someone who is committed, has professional HR factory experience and is ready to explore the opportunities and challenges that the role brings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/gbfoods.talentclue.com\/en\/node\/94122609\/4593\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GBfoods Africa &#8211; Our history begins with our brand, Gallina Blanca, founded in Barcelona in 1937.\u00a0 But this is only the beginning of a long and exciting journey.
