We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Specialist\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and good organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as first contact point at the Support Office for visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and sort external mails\/Delivery\/Courier daily<\/li>\n<li>Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with individuals, and institutions on operational matters concerning the Office.<\/li>\n<li>Organizes meetings, and other special events as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence of safety procedures via the reception desk (monitor logbook)<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records of offices expenses and costs.<\/li>\n<li>Create a budget for and procurement of front office supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide adequate support in ensuring the procurement and dispatch of uniforms is done efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Ensure service providers for janitorial service, logistics and security services work in line with contract terms.<\/li>\n<li>Update calendars and schedule meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone\/mail.<\/li>\n<li>Vendor management<\/li>\n<li>Logistics co-ordination for and from the Support Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing Administrative Support at the Support Office<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Qualification: HND<\/li>\n<li>Experience Length:2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/palmpaylimited.applytojob.com\/apply\/hjpiTSgoPm\/Administrative-Specialist?utm_source=hnj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PalmPay is an Africa-focused fintech firm, launched in 2019.
