We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Auto AC Technician<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose automotive air conditioning system to ascertain the fault.<\/li>\n<li>Listen to customers\/vehicle owners on the service required and the malfunction history of the vehicle\u2019s cooling system.<\/li>\n<li>Install and repair the air conditioning unit.<\/li>\n<li>Fix and correct any fault in compressor and evaporator subunits.<\/li>\n<li>Weld or bolt mounting bracket to automobile frame.<\/li>\n<li>Measure compressor pressure to determine efficiency of compressor using gauge.<\/li>\n<li>Remove and replace worn out or broken parts.<\/li>\n<li>Make electrical connections as required.<\/li>\n<li>Consult other specialist should their attention be needed in any case.<\/li>\n<li>Report any error or abnormality to the customer through the Workshop Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Advise customers on the usage of the automotive air-condition system.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule service period.<\/li>\n<li>Survey sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation, or air conditioning systems<\/li>\n<li>Plan the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely<\/li>\n<li>Carryout maintenance on HVAC systems<\/li>\n<li>Helping customers to reduce their energy use.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other departments working on the project.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safe construction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance according to rules and regulations set by the safety policy manual by the company.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Certified Auto AC Technician &amp; SSCE Holder or Vocational Certifications<\/li>\n<li>Ability to recognize air-conditioning units and diagnose faults in the automotive system<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under little or no supervision<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and adherence to best practices to maintain safe worksites<\/li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate in favour of management<\/li>\n<li>Able to accurately demonstrate understanding of business vision and mission in daily tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@bucklerordnance.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@bucklerordnance.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st January, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buckler Ordnance Systems Limited is a Nigerian defense solutions provider with strong expertise in manufacturing civilian armored vehicles, design, and prototyping of military vehicles and ordnance equipment.
